SHIPPING OPTIONS:

We ship out orders within 1 to 2 days.

1) For orders within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii): Use UPS real-time rate caculation for shipping cost.

--UPS Ground: The UPS delivers within 5 days.

--UPS 2nd Day Air: The UPS delivers within 1 to 2 days.

2) For orders from Canada: Use UPS real-time rate caculation for shipping cost.

--UPS Standard to Canada

3) For orders from other countries outside of U.S.A. and Canada:

--International Air Mail: $11.45 + $4 x( pounds of weight). If postal office charges $5 more than the above amount, we might charge the extra amount separately.

Note:

For all orders within U.S.A. and Canada, upon shipping, we'll send you an e-mail with tracking number so that you can track UPS's shipping status via its web site at http://www.ups.com. For orders outside of U.S.A. and Canada, we ship with Postal Office which doesn't provide tracking number.



PURCHASE ORDER:

We take school and company purchase orders via mail, e-mail, fax, and phone. 30 days payment is granted after customer receives an order. Please include 10% of the total amount for shipping and handling. E-mail or call us with the address or phone number listed above if you have any question.

RETURN POLICY:

All items carry a 15 days money back guarantee as long as product is in its original state. Shipping fee is not refundable. Please send an e-mail to the above mentioned service e-mail, our service person will issue you a RMA # and warehouse address to send product back.
